Her customer service skills are top-notch—she’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers. I ordered a burger with their homemade chips, and let me tell you, the quality of the food was outstanding. This isn’t the cheap, run-of-the-mill stuff you find at some places. The burger was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and topped with the freshest ingredients. And those homemade chips? A total game-changer! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and a delightful twist on the usual sides. I also tried the chicken tenders, and they were absolutely delicious! Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and paired with their amazing house-made sauces. Every bite was a treat. You can tell MAD Café takes pride in what they do, from the food to the service. It’s clear they care about providing a top-tier experience for their customers. If you’re in Addison or anywhere near The Maddison, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for more!"

She was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering our questions about the menu and even making some great recommendations. Her customer service was truly above and beyond. I decided to try the Crispy Chicken Salad, and it was fantastic! The veggies were so fresh—crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumbers—and you could tell everything was prepared with care. The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked, and it added just the right amount of indulgence to the salad. What really stood out, though, were the dressings. I chose the ranch, and it tasted so rich and creamy—definitely homemade, with that extra touch you just don’t get from store-bought options. My daughter couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful everything was, and she loved the honey mustard with her meal. The atmosphere was inviting, and the quality of the food was excellent.
